At The PVC Craftsman, we take pride in crafting premium, weather-resistant PVC products. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return policy below.

1. Custom & Personalized Items

  • All custom and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

2. Non-Custom Items

  • Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Email thepvccraftsman@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

4. Return Process

  2. Approval: Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
  3. Refund: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
